An excellent sequel which improves upon the flaws from the original. A new co-op mode adds another layer to the game, and extra challenge modes add a bit of fun replayability. A really fun game and great for small kids.
Space exploration shooter which has similarities to No Man's Sky but with clunky gameplay and a lack of polish. Lots of content to explore but it gets repetitive quickly. A little interesting but ultimately underwhelming.

Out of all the booths at the 2012 EB Expo a few stood out from the rest. One such booth which stood out despite sitting next to the overbearing cube that was the Call of Duty Black Ops 2 booth was Warner Bros Games. Read more…
The second annual EB Expo came and went over the weekend just past and it most definitely lived up to EB Games’ hype about being bigger and better than the inaugural show last year. With attendance counting in the thousands higher than last year and the duration increased to three days instead of just two it was definitely a lot busier, and the atmosphere from the punters had the venue buzzing with excitement throughout the entire event. Up until the Sunday session at the 2011 EB Expo I could safely say that it had literally NEVER occurred to me that I should buy a 3DS. I’m going to be completely honest here, after my initial experience with the 3DS when it was launched I had pretty much written it off as a failure. Price drop? Not interested. Ocarina of Time 3D? I played it on my N64, not interested. So what made me decide to visit the Nintendo booth? Read on to find out. Read more…
As the curtain closes on the first day of the EB Expo, I look at the day’s events with satisfaction and a small amount of excitement for what’s lying in wait. Read more…

They then discuss the games that are coming out before Christmas and what they are looking forward to most. Another great entry in the Pinball FX series. The new online tournament system adds an entire new level to pinball video games while new "special abilities" and challenges add a huge amount of gameplay to freshen up the genre and keep gamers busy.
Fast-paced ultra-violent twin-stick shooter with a gritty dark cyberpunk/sci-fi visual style and an atmospheric soundtrack. All of the gameplay elements work well enough but the campaign is disappointingly short with repetitive level design.
Super salesman by day, Batdad and Gamersutra by night. As a self-confessed technology pacifist, he prefers to sit on the console-war fence and play games on his PC.
