The world is firmly in the grip of COVID-19 so while you’re self-isolating in your home why not escape it all for a little while with an episode of the DBG podcast! There’s a lot of doom and gloom out there at the moment so why not ditch that gloom and focus on DOOM! On this episode Lucas shares his review of the latest entry in the ultra-violent shooter franchise DOOM Eternal, Matt reviews Pillars of Eternity 2: Deadfire and talks a bit more about his time with Final Fantasy XIV, and the guys share their thoughts on the PS5 hardware specs reveal.

Exceptional writing and great improvements to combat and overall game mechanics compared to it's predecessor are let down by offensively long and annoying common load times. An incredible RPG which has been ported to consoles poorly.
